Remember when you were young, on a sunny afternoon--you, your friends, your siblings--would make incredible forts using books, bed sheets, sleeping bags, door knobs, hallways, etc.? The feeling of sheets for walls and the light that the sun penetrates against those walls, and the breeze from the windows being open, around 5 in the afternoon, is what my childhood was made up of. I've been meaning to have a fort party at 2232 15th street very soon. Tea parties that does not necessarily need to consist of loose leaf tea bags or crumpets, but maybe strawberry mojitos, sangria, cheese, cucumber & cream cheese sandwiches. Let's bring it back people.
